Keren is a top level Age Group triathlete and runner with Championship wins and multiple podium finishes across races in the Asia-Pacific region.
Age Group Champion - 2016 Ironman 70.3 Asia Pacific Championships.
Over 28 years of competitive triathlon, running, cycling and Open Water Swimming experience since 1988. Keren has raced all triathlon distances from Sprints to Iron distance at races in Australia, the mainland USA, Hawaii, Europe, Asia and the Pacific Islands.
Completed 5 Iron distance races including the Ironman World Championship, Strongman Japan, more than 20 Ironman 70.3s (two World Championships) and other middle distance triathlons, as well as countless Standard Distance (two World Championships), Sprints and Duathlons.
10 marathons (with a new personal best set in 2016) numerous running races from 5km to 30km, as well as a great many Open Water Swimming and cycling races.
A 5 time Boston Marathon qualifier and will run there in April 2017.

Consistency in training is the key to success in triathlon and running. A program of consistent and time effective swim, bike and run workouts will get you to your goals.
Keren keeps triathlon training simple by providing tailor made, carefully structured monthly training plans based on perceived effort that will fit into your busy life and give you the results that you are looking for. Your personal training program will be based on a range of Easy, Moderate and Hard efforts over a training week. Swim workouts are based on distance, with bike and run workouts time based.
Training plans can be also based on "numbers" and metrics such as heart rate and power on the bike. FTP and heart rate testing can be performed to set training benchmarks.
